
Fish Cake
Ingredients
- 2 quart cooked fish, flaked, (4--11 1/2 ounce cans)
- 4 pound potatoes, (2 quarts mashed)
- 1 pint evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Boil potatoes in jackets.
- Skin and mash.
- Potatoes may be hot or cold.
- Mix ingredients together thoroughly.
- Shape into small flat cakes and fry in hot fat until crusty and brown on both sides.
