Escalloped Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup salmon
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoon sweet pickles, chopped fine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Iemon ju ice
  • 4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Directions

  1. Pick the salmon apart with a fork and add the pickles, lemon juice, cracker crumbs, egg, paprika, salt and milk, using a fork for mixing.
  2. Place in a well-buttered baking dish.
  3. Melt the butter, add the fresh crumbs and spread evenly over the top.
  4. Bake twenty minutes in a moderate oven.
