Egg Sauce for Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, cut fine
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

  1. Melt the butter, add the flour, salt and paprika.
  2. Mix well, add the milk, and cook for two minutes.
  3. Add the hard-cooked egg sliced, or cut in small pieces.
  4. Serve hot with the meat balls.
