Economical Mayonnaise Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoon cocoa
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 cup water
- 2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Cream sugar and mayonnaise, add cocoa.
- Dissolve soda in warm water and add alternately with flour.
- Beat, well.
- After each addition add vanilla.
- Pour into two 9-inch pans and bake at 350f.
