Dan Hotkey's Pizza Soup
Ingredients
- 4 cans Campbell Minestrone Soup
- 1 pound (16 oz) Italian sausage
- 1 can Italian diced tomatoes
- mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Cook the sausage well, drain off the grease.
- Put all soups/tomatoes/cooked sausage in a pan.
- Add water till it is soup but still rather thick.
- Heat over medium heat.
- Serve it hot with the cheese sprinkled on top.
