Creamed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 5 1/2 quart diced cooked potatoes, or 50 small whole new
- 3 quart Medium White Sauce
Directions
- Add potatoes to white sauce immediately after milk is stirred in.
- Continue cooking over boiling water until sauce is thickened and potatoes are hot.
