Creamed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 quart diced cooked potatoes, or 50 small whole new
  • 3 quart Medium White Sauce

Directions

  1. Add potatoes to white sauce immediately after milk is stirred in.
  2. Continue cooking over boiling water until sauce is thickened and potatoes are hot.
