
Crab Tartlets
Ingredients
- 1/4 pound flaky pastry
- 1/4 pint white sauce
- 2 ounce blanched and chopped almonds
- 1 small tin crab
- 1 1/2 ounce cheese
- seasoning
Directions
- Roll the pastry out thinly and line patty tins with it.
- Mix together all the other ingredients, reserving half of the cheese and the nuts.
- Fill the cases with the mixture, and sprinkle the remaining cheese and nuts on top.
- Bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
