Corn Pudding For A Vegetable

Ingredients

  • 12 ears corn
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 pint milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoon sugar

Directions

  1. Grate corn; beat eggs with a spoon and mix all ingredients together.
  2. Butter deep earthen dish and pour mixture into it.
  3. Bake slowly 2 hours.
  4. When corn is old it will take 1 quart milk; when young, 1 pint.
