Cocoa Syrup
Ingredients
- 3 cup cocoa, (3/4 pound)
- 3 cup sugar, (1 1/2 pound)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 quart boiling water
Directions
- Mix cocoa, sugar and salt thoroughly.
- Add hot water slowly, stirring constantly.
- Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes.
- Store in a covered jar in a cool place.
