Chow Mein Hamburger Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 onion
- 1 cup cooked celery
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 can mushroom soup, or chicken soup
Directions
- Brown hamburger and onion.
- Cook celery in bean sprout juice.
- Mix soup, sprouts, hamburger and onion, celery and juice together.
- Put in a baking dish and sprinkle one can of chow mein noodles on top.
- Bake one hour at 350f.
