Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 square of chocolate
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Mix thoroughly the sugar, flour and salt.
  2. Add the water and the chocolate.
  3. Cook slowly until the chocolate is melted, about two minutes.
  4. Add the vanilla and serve hot.
  5. If too thick, add more water until the desired consistency is reached.
