Cherry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cherry juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup cherries, cut fine

Directions

  1. Mix the flour, salt and sugar.
  2. Add slowly the cherry juice and water.
  3. Cook two minutes.
  4. Add the cherries and extract.
  5. Serve hot over the cold pudding.
