Cherry Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cherry juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup cherries, cut fine
Directions
- Mix the flour, salt and sugar.
- Add slowly the cherry juice and water.
- Cook two minutes.
- Add the cherries and extract.
- Serve hot over the cold pudding.
