Cherry Pudding II
Ingredients
- 2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon melted butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 cup drained cherries
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon butter
- 3 cup boiling water
Directions
- Combine: flour, baking powder, sugar, butter, salt mix with: water.
- Pour into large baking pan: cherries, sugar, butter, boiling water.
- Bake 400 for 30 min.
- Then 450 for 10 min.
