Celery Creams
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon whipped cream
- 1 celery, heart
- celery salt
- seasoning
- cheese or savoury biscuits
- paprika, pepper
Directions
- Whip the cream, season, and mix in the finely chopped celery.
- Pile up the biscuits to form a pyramid, and decorate with paprika pepper and a small leaf of celery.
