Butterscotch Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cup brown sugar, (1 1/2 pounds)
- 1 pint corn syrup
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 pint evaporated milk
Directions
- Boil sugar, syrup and water to a thick syrup (236f).
- Cool and stir in the milk.
- White corn syrup makes a more delicate sauce.
