Buckwheat Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar, or syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 cup bread flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 2 cup sour milk

Directions

  1. Make like normal muffins.
