Broiled Lamb Chop

Ingredients

  • 2 liter c hops
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Wipe the chops and place in a red-hot pan over the flame.
  2. When the under surface is seared, turn and sear the other side.
  3. Turn often for twelve minutes.
  4. When nearly cooked, sprinkle with salt and paprika.
