Brides' Salad
Ingredients
- 1 package lemon gelatin
- 1 3/4 cup water or fruit juice
- 3 ounce cream cheese
- 1 cup thick whipped cream
- 1 cup diced peeled apples
- 1 cup drained crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup diced celery
Directions
- Mix the gelatin with water or fruit juice and allow to stiffen to consistency of thick syrup.
- Then whip.
- Beat cream cheese.
- Then add to whipped cream.
- Fold into beaten or whipped gelatin.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour into molds and set away to congeal.
