
Boston Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 teaspoon butter
Directions
- Mix white sugar, flour, milk, raisins, baking powder and put in greased casserole.
- Mix together brown sugar, butter and hot water.
- Pour over batter.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Can be served in its own sauce or with cream added to pudding.
