Boston Brown Bread II

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rye meal
  • 3/4 cup molasses
  • 1 cup corn meal
  • 3/4 teaspoon soda
  • 1 cup graham flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cup sour milk

Directions

  1. Mix and sift dry ingredients, add molasses and milk and soda, stir until well mixed.
  2. Turn into a well-buttered mould and steam 3 hours.
