
Boston Brown Bread II
Ingredients
- 1 cup rye meal
- 3/4 cup molasses
- 1 cup corn meal
- 3/4 teaspoon soda
- 1 cup graham flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cup sour milk
Directions
- Mix and sift dry ingredients, add molasses and milk and soda, stir until well mixed.
- Turn into a well-buttered mould and steam 3 hours.
