Beef Balls
Ingredients
- 1 pound round steak
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
Directions
- Grind round steak, season, shape into round cakes and broil them for seven minutes under the flame.
- While they are cooking, prepare the horseradish sauce.
