Apricot Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound dried apricots
  • 2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Wash the dried apricots well.
  2. Add the water and allow them to soak for three hours ar longer.
  3. Cook very slowly in the same water until ±ender.
  4. Add the sugar, and cook three minutes.
