Yellow Topping

Ingredients

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon lemon rind
  • 2 tablespoon orange juice
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 cup confectioner's sugar

Directions

  1. Beat egg yolk with fruit juices and rind.
  2. Add confectioners sugar to make of spread consistency.
  3. Cover the orange queens.
