Yellow Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Beat the egg white until stiff and dry.
  2. Add the yolk and beat one minute.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and continue beating.
  4. Add the milk gradually and the vanilla.
  5. Continue beating for one minute.
  6. Serve at once over a hot pudding.
