White Fruit Cake II

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 pound almonds
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 pound grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup wine
  • 7 egg whites
  • 3 cup flour
  • 1 pound candied pineapple
  • 1 pound white raisins
  • a little salt
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 pound citron

Directions

  1. Cream the butter, add sugar gradually, and beat thoroughly, then add milk, fruit soaked in brandy and flour mixed with baking powder.
  2. Have oven temperature 250f.
  3. Bake 3 hours.
