Ingredients: 1 cup butter; 1 pound almonds; 1/2 cup brandy; 1 cup milk; 2 cup sugar; 1 pound grated coconut; 1/2 cup wine; 7 egg whites; 3 cup flour; 1 pound candied pineapple; 1 pound white raisins; a little salt; 2 teaspoon baking powder; 1/4 pound citron

1 pound almonds
1/2 cup brandy
1 cup milk
2 cup sugar
1 pound grated coconut
1/2 cup wine
7 egg whites
3 cup flour
1 pound candied pineapple
1 pound white raisins
a little salt
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 pound citron

Directions

Cream the butter, add sugar gradually, and beat thoroughly, then add milk, fruit soaked in brandy and flour mixed with baking powder.
Have oven temperature 250f.
Bake 3 hours.
