• 1 pound shelled pecans
• 2 cup sugar
• 1/4 pound citron
• 1 cup butter
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 1/2 cup molasses
• 1 pound raisins
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 1 pound dates
• 1 tablespoon cloves
• 1 pound figs
• 1 tablespoon nutmeg
• 1 pound shelled almonds
• 1 quart flour
• 1/2 pound candied cherries
• 1 cup wine or coffee
• 3 pieces candied pineapple
