Vejcovy Paj (Custard Pie)

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Beat eggs slightly.
  2. Add sugar, salt, vanilla, and milk.
  3. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  4. Bake at 425f degrees for 10 minutes.
  5. Reduce to 325f degrees for 30 minutes.
  6. Test for doneness with a knife blade.
  7. When it comes out clean, the custard is done.
