Tuna-Salmon Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 7 ounce can tuna
  • 3 tablespoon chopped green onion
  • 7 ounce can salmon
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs
  • 3 tablespoon Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 3 tablespoon chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoon chopped celery, root

Directions

  1. Drain the fish and flake with a fork.
  2. Chop 1 1/2 eggs, add to fish with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Garnish with the remaining half eggs, cut in fancy shapes.
  5. Serve on crackers or on thin slices of bread, for “open sandwiches".
