Tuna-Salmon Appetizer
Ingredients
- 7 ounce can tuna
- 3 tablespoon chopped green onion
- 7 ounce can salmon
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 hard-cooked eggs
- 3 tablespoon Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 3 tablespoon chopped celery
- 2 tablespoon chopped celery, root
Directions
- Drain the fish and flake with a fork.
- Chop 1 1/2 eggs, add to fish with the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Garnish with the remaining half eggs, cut in fancy shapes.
- Serve on crackers or on thin slices of bread, for “open sandwiches".
