Sugar Cakes

Ingredients

  • 3 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup thick milk
  • 2 eggs

Directions

  1. Mix eggs and butter well.
  2. Then add milk and soda.
  3. Mix in enough four to make a soft dough, just so you can roll it.
  4. Cut into any shape you wish.
  5. Sprinkle with granulated sugar, bake in a moderately heated oven .
