Sponge Cake II
Ingredients
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Directions
- Beat the eggs and sugar together for twenty minutes.
- Add (without beating) the flour.
- Flavor, and stir in the vinegar as gently as possible.
- Bake in a moderate oven about half an hour.
- Butter the pan and bake immediately.
