Spareribs and Sauerkraut

Ingredients

  • 2 pound spareribs
  • 1 quart sauerkraut
  • 1/2 cup hot water

Directions

  1. Place spareribs and water in covered pan.
  2. Simmer for 2 hours.
  3. Add sauerkraut, and cook for 15-20 minutes longer.
Note: Serve with Boiled Potatoes in Jackets
