Shamrock Croutons

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bread
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Cut the slices of bread half an inch thick and cut pieces out of each with a shamrock cooky cutter.
  2. Toast on each side until a delicate brown.
  3. Butter and sprinkle with salt, serve warm with soup.
