Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoon milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs slightly; add milk, salt and paprika.
  2. Melt when hot, add the the butter in a frying pan or omelet pan.
  3. Egg mixture, and cook slowly, scraping from bottom and sides of the pan when mixture first sets.
  4. Cook until creamy, or longer if preferred.
  5. If desired, the egg may be constantly "scrambled" with a fork while cooking.
  6. Turn into a hot dish and serve at once.
