
Savory Hominy
Ingredients
- 1 quart hominy
- 1 cup meat
- gravy
- buttered bread crumbs
Directions
- To hominy (coarse) add meat scraps finely ground.
- Moisten with gravy, stock, or tomato juice.
- Spread in a baking pan.
- Sprinkle with buttered crumbs and brown in oven.
