Rum Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 ounce butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • boiling water
  • 1/2 pint rum

Directions

  1. Dissolve the sugar and butter in a little boiling water.
  2. Mix in the other ingredients, adding 1/2 pint boiling water, and serve hot.
