Prune Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 tablespoon sour cream
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 cup prunes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, for icing
  • 1 cup prunes, for icing
  • 1 cup sugar, for icing
  • 2 tablespoon butter, for icing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream, for icing
  • pinch salt, for icing

Directions

  1. Cook over slow fire until thick and add flavoring or nuts.
