Povidly do kolacu (Fillings for kolaches)
Ingredients
- 2 pound fruit
- water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- cinnamon
Directions
- Cook fruit in water until they come off the pit easily.
- Drain them and pit.
- Mash well.
- Add sugar, vanilla, and a little cinnamon (if desired).
- Prepared fillings may also be used.
