Pineapple Sliced

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Remove the skin and eyes from the pineapple.
  2. Cut cross- wise in half-inch slices, and the slices in cubes, at the same time discarding the core.
  3. Sprinkle with sugar and stand in a cold place for an hour before serving.
