Pecan Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 quart of cream
- 1 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup pecan, meats cut fine
Directions
- Mix the cream, sugar and vanilla.
- Fill a freezer half full of the mixture.
- When half frozen add the pecan meats.
- Con- tinue freezing until stiff.
- Pack and allow to stand two hours to 'ripen' before serving.
