Pecan Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 quart of cream
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecan, meats cut fine

Directions

  1. Mix the cream, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Fill a freezer half full of the mixture.
  3. When half frozen add the pecan meats.
  4. Con- tinue freezing until stiff.
  5. Pack and allow to stand two hours to 'ripen' before serving.
