  • 1 pint oysters, with heads chopped
  • bread crumb
  • thyme
  • marjoram
  • salt
  • pepper
  • butter
  • oyster liquor, strained

Directions

  1. Moisten bread-crumbs with warm (not hot) water and add other ingredients, seasoning to taste.
