Orange Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2 cup flour
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 orange juice, and grated rind

Directions

  1. To be baked thin in three tins, and piled.
