Nut or Noisette Bread
Ingredients
- 1 cake compressed yeast
- 1/2 cup water, lukewarm
- 1 cup milk, scalded and cooled
- 1 tablespoon shortening
- 2 tablespoon molasses
- 1 cup hazelnut, meats
- 1/2 cup white flour
Directions
- Entire wheat flour as needed for dough.
- Mix in morning and let it rise till light.
- Knead; put in tins and let rise again before baking.
