Marshmallow Fudge Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, shaved
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 24 marshmallows, cut up
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cup graham cracker, crumbs
  • 1 cup nut meats, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Combine chocolate and milk.
  2. Heat over low heat until chocolate is melted.
  3. Add sugar and salt; them stir until dissolved.
  4. Cook until mixture reaches soft ball stage (228f).
  5. Cool slightly; add vanilla.
  6. Mix with other ingredients.
  7. Press into well buttered pan.
  8. Cut into squares.
