Marshmallow Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound marshmallows
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drain juice
  • 1/2 pint cream, whipped stiff
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 14 graham crackers

Directions

  1. Melt marshmallows with milk and let cool.
  2. Add pineapple and whipped cream and fold into above.
  3. Combine crackers and butter and line 8 or 9 inch pie plate.
  4. Save 1/4 cup for the top.
  5. Pour in marshmallow mixture and place in refrigerator over night.
  6. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cracker mixture on top; or whipped cream may be used for topping.
