Marshmallow Dessert
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound marshmallows
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drain juice
- 1/2 pint cream, whipped stiff
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 14 graham crackers
Directions
- Melt marshmallows with milk and let cool.
- Add pineapple and whipped cream and fold into above.
- Combine crackers and butter and line 8 or 9 inch pie plate.
- Save 1/4 cup for the top.
- Pour in marshmallow mixture and place in refrigerator over night.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cracker mixture on top; or whipped cream may be used for topping.
