Marshmallow Cake

Ingredients

  • white cake
  • White Mountain Cream icing

Directions

  1. Use any white cake recipe.
  2. Bake in gem pans.
  3. Cover with white mountain cream icing.
  4. Just before the icing is ready to spread, add quartered marshmallows.
  5. Do not add the marshmallows while the icing is hot, as they will melt, and the little “bumps” are attractive when spread on the cake.
