Lemon Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cold water

Directions

  1. Beat egg; add sugar.
  2. Strain juice; add with water.
  3. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  4. Cool before spreading.
