Kidney Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 pound kidney beans
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1/4 cup pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • mayonnaise salad dressing
  • lettuce
  • 3 tomatoes, quartered

Directions

  1. Drain beans; combine with onion, relish, and ketchup.
  2. Add enough mayonnaise or salad dressing to hold ingredients together.
  3. Chill.
  4. Serve on crisp lettuce; garnish with quartered tomatoes.
