
Kidney Bean Salad
Ingredients
- 2 pound kidney beans
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1/4 cup pickle relish
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- mayonnaise salad dressing
- lettuce
- 3 tomatoes, quartered
Directions
- Drain beans; combine with onion, relish, and ketchup.
- Add enough mayonnaise or salad dressing to hold ingredients together.
- Chill.
- Serve on crisp lettuce; garnish with quartered tomatoes.
