Italian Spaghetti Meat Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 medium sized onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 1/2 pound beet
  • 1 No. 2 can tomatoes
  • 3 cans tomato paste
  • 3 cans water
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Brown onion, garlic, and meat in olive oil or salad oil.
  2. Add other ingredients and cook slowly 3 to 4 hours.
  3. Serve over spaghetti.
  4. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on the top.
